Any problems?
If you have a problem you should talk to your child’s teacher or a member of the Pastoral Team in the first instance. If it is not resolved, please come and talk to a member of the Senior Leadership Team or the Headteacher. The office staff will be able to arrange an appointment. Please contact them on 0121 386 7510.
If you are not satisfied with the response or feel the problem is not being addressed, you can make a formal complaint in writing in line with the Complaints policy.

Parentkind, the national charity whose mission is to give those with a parenting role a voice in education, has published guidance for parents in relation to school complaints. The guidance is co-badged with the DfE and Ofsted. The principle underpinning the guidance is that the best way to resolve concerns is through clear, respectful communication.
