Holiday Programme

Hamstead Hall Academy is a vibrant, dynamic and interactive Academy. We take great pride in ensuring that all users:

As a department, we aim to be an inclusive learning community. One of our targets is to improve the school’s community engagement and to provide opportunities for vulnerable young people to engage in new meaningful activities. These activities include rock climbing, archery, forest school style activities, orienteering, team building, various sports, arts and crafts, cookery, dance, drama, various trips to places of interest and loads more. 

Christmas Holiday Provision Dates & Times

Week 1

Monday 22^nd December (10am-2pm)- Free of Charge* (Onsite)

 Tuesday 23rd December (10am-2pm)- Free of Charge* (Trip day - There will be NO ONSITE PROVISION)

We will be facilitating a trip to the Birmingham ice skating rink at Centenary Square, Broad St, Birmingham B1 2ND, for a total of 45 children. This trip will be FREE of charge. This opportunity is provided on a first come first serve basis. To avoid disappointment, please submit your child's name HERE.

Week 2

Monday 29th and Tuesday 30th December (10am-2pm)- Free of Charge* (Onsite)

 Note: We will not be providing a breakfast club nor after school club this holiday.

 *Your child can access our holiday club free of charge if they have special educational needs or disabilities, are eligible to free school meals or are classified as vulnerable.

The scheme will run between the hours of 10am – 2pm enabling our attendees to take part in 3 fun-filled activities per day. Alongside this, if your child fits the criteria above, then they are eligible to access a main meal, a snack and a drink, all free of charge. If not, there is a fee of £10 per day, per child. Alternatively, all young people are welcome to bring their own packed lunch. We recommend that all young people bring a refillable water bottle to ensure they stay hydrated throughout the day.

If your child has any additional needs or disabilities, please contact us on holidayclub@hamsteadhall.com beforehand. This will allow us to ensure we have the necessary staff in place.
