Youth Club

Youth Club- Hamstead Hall Academy Attendees. (Term time only)

We would like to invite your child to attend our Friday Night Youth Club at Hamstead Hall Academy between 3:30pm - 5:30pm. This will take place on Friday 26th September 2024 (For year 7’s) and continue every Friday thereafter (for all students). In the event of sessions being cancelled, all parents/ carers will be notified via email or text message. 

Our youth club gives pupils the opportunity to participate in a variety of games and activities on the school site. These sessions include; football, basketball, board games, debates, playing with gaming consoles (Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 5) and more. Additionally, we have our own tuck shop where snacks will be available (prices vary). 

Pupils will not be allowed to leave the school site and return; therefore, please ensure they have all necessary belongings with them at the beginning of the school day. Once finished, pupils will be escorted off the school premises. Please ensure that your child is aware of the arrangement put in place for their journey home. 

If pupils do not abide by the school code of conduct, do not have 100% attendance or punctuality (that week), have a P3 on a Friday, are in the junction any day that week; then they will be refused entry to the club. They will also be refused entry if they arrive after 3:30pm. As we have a strict no phones policy at youth club, if anyone is seen on their phone they will be escorted off site and banned until further notice. 

As we are understanding to all circumstances, it is important that if your child is ever late/ absent from school, you must contact the school to make us aware.
